VF mint Never Hinged example of the 1978 issued 12c Peregrine Falcon, with thin almost translucent paper over the majority of the issue. As this has full original gum, it is surmised that this was faulty paper stock before the printing process. Comes with 2025 Vincent Graves Greene photo certificate which states (in part) "No.752, mint, OG, NH, genuine, printed on defective paper". An oddity! Estimate =
