Part of the "super accumulation" offered in this sale, this lot features Queen Elizabeth II used non-Machin issues. A large assortment of used off-paper stamps, meticulously sorted into #5 sized glassine envelopes, with a pencil notation of its Scott catalogue number and the approximate (conservative) quantity of its contents. We note England #1/18, Northern Ireland #1/14, Scotland (#1/27, noted 20 copies of #17) and Wales #1/23. By definition most are cheaper stamps, and while there are quantities of the 1950’s-1960’s issues, the value is in the 2000’s issues (often 1st, 2nd, E and 64p values), in quantities with stamps having individual catalogue values from US$1.50-$2.90.
