The first has material sorted by country and individual Scott #s, from: Albania, Croatia, Danzig, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia. The second box has loose material sorted only by country in #10 envelopes, from many of these countries, plus Memel (a small bundle of #102 cards from Romania has some promise here).
