VF mint Lightly Hinged (top stamp only) dramatically misperforated error on the 1979 Canadian Authors series. The first we have seen on this commemorative issue, with perforation shifted over to leave imperforate area on what would have been the left-selvedge area. A very interesting error, as this is not just a misperf, but rather a shift of the entire perforation row. Estimate =
