VF mint OG Hinged example of the very rare Prussian Blue shade of the 15c value from the 1919 "Trail of the Caribou" WWI commemorative set. This is a particularly elusive and contentious shade, so it's imperative for this stamp to have a recognized certificate of authenticity.
