Complete 1945-1946 issue Federal Unemployment Insurance Commission book, containing a total of 32 stamps (applied monthly). The issues are the 40c bistre (x 24) and the 43c light blue (x 8). Nice to have a properly used book (most were handed back to the employer on termination of employment). Note the odd split stamp (usually to cover cross-over weeks) as well as "absent" entries for vacation or other reasons. Van Dam states "documents scarce to rare". Valued for the used stamps only. 2017 Van Dam.
