Fresh and Fine MNH upper sheet margin pair of the 1897 issue 8c dark violet Queen Victoria Jubilee issue with full "OTTAWA - No - 20" plate inscription in selvedge. Vibrant deep shade. The left hand stamp has a small pinpoint gum thin noted for the record. Jubilee plate pieces are scarce to rare. Conservatively valued as one NH stamp only but worth more. 2018 Scott US$325.00=
