Covers, Postal Stationery and Post Cards. Three separate combined lots of identified, written-up, packaged and priced United States postal history items, all on individual sales cards. The lot consists of 1) nine stampless covers, circa 1833-1851, all with written descriptions and comments re origin and date. Many are not in good condition but all are of historical postal interest. Mainly New York State and North Carolina. Priced per postal history society offering. US$130.00; 2) thirty-one stamped envelope entires #U9/U429. Many VF covers but a few damaged. Noted New York State, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Washington D.C. Postal history society pricing US$255.00 based upon postal markings; 3) A selection of Washington-Franklin franked covers and cards from the 1909 to 1923 period. The cards are all picture postcards. Thirty-four items, split evenly. The covers include a very nice one from 1913 to Switzerland. All are described by postal history society offerings for a total of US$141.50. 74 pieces in total, all ready to place in your collection or put up for individual resale, as all the research has been done.
