VF mint NH example of the unissued 1992 Xmas 52c rate stamp in a bottom margin block of four]. This stamp was produced for a proposed 50c to 52c rate change that was postponed until a later date. A few of these 52c stamps somehow got out of the post office and into private hands. A very rare modern variety. 2019 Unitrade.
