Notice PRC #2796 mint block of 4 in a souvenir folder with a gold (real?) stamp-like metallic impression showing Communist party building (1997). In the mix we noted a dangerously real looking forged #123 on piece (1903 "1 Cent" on 2c bisect, catalogue $1,500.00 as genuine). Unchecked lot, could be some goodies in here, but we will let the scans and bidding determine the value. Estimate
