VF and intact booklet pane of the 2000 issue 47c "Flag over Inukshuk" die-cut self-adhesive, with the horizontal die-cut severely misplaced towards the top of the pane, creating large "one and two thirds" stamps on the bottom row and "one third" stamps at top. A black and white copy of the booklet with red die-cut indicators helps to explain the error. Estimate
