Outstanding and extremely rare Official Prestige Presentation Book for the 1947 XIIth UPU congress in Paris, blue processed leather covers with blue silk marking cord and "CANADA" in gold. Contains VF MNH blocks of 4 of the KGVI 1942-1946 "War" and "Peace" issues with the Airmails and Special Delivery issues, never fresher than in an original set! The always helpful and informative Holmes catalogue states that there were only 500 produced. A lovely fat little book. Undervalued 2005 Darnell catalogue value
