VF 1983 First Day Covers of the medium-value "Artifact" definitives with the Unitrade listed "brown background" variety on the 1983 issue 48c "Cradle" stamp. Includes both the 48c stamp alone on FDC and a combo FDC with 3 values. Previously thought to be a magenta missing colour error, the colour variety is actually due to an anomaly in the ink used by the printer. Unpriced as either FDCs or Used stamps in Unitrade. Estimate
