The items consist of 1: VF mint NH matched set of plate #2 plate blocks of the $2.00 Quebec high value "Landscape" definitive, the stamp in sheet position 2 (upper left corner block) showing the Unitrade listed "airplane in the sky" constant plate flaw; and 2: two VF mint complete booklets of 30 of the 48c Flag and Building definitive with provisional "Vancouver 2010" commemorative Olympic overprint in red.
