The 1c yellow Small Queen with the scarce "Strand of hair" plate variety, a strong example measuring nearly 4mm long, the upper left stamp on cover with two regular stamps. Small perf faults at top due to stamp placement on cover. The three stamps are tied by a single strike of a Kingston Squared Circle, "APR 2... '96".
