VF selection of mint 2NH/2H blocks of four of mostly the 1967 "Second" issue (20.5mm x 17mm) Postal Note and Scrip stamps, with three values (the 3c, 5c and 8c) from the "Third" issue (smaller 20mm x 16mm). These sets were almost always only available in mixed Second and Third issues. Blocks of these stamps are quite scarce, as most were sold to collectors as singles in mixed stapled or hermetically sealed "cellopacs". These will look great mounted! 2022 Van Dam =
