Mint no gum (as issued) intact (unsevered) 5a surcharge in red on 10a King Carlos "pair". The provisionally surcharged 10a stamp was supposed to be bisected and used as two 5a stamps due to the lack of 5a values at the post office. A very few of these stamps remained unsevered.
