Five complete mint NH panes with tabs of 8 different designs of the 25c carmine 1941 issue WWII War Savings stamps, with the scarce original bilingual booklet covers (#FWS15b four line inscription types). The original booklet was folded at some point in time so each of the panes has a vertical bend affecting the third pair of stamps from the left (will most likely press out).
