Exceptionally rare trio of local stamps from Wei Hai Wei for a courier service to Chefoo, the second issue from 1899. Consists of a used 2c red and mint hinged 5c pale olive green, both perforated 11, plus an unused 2c red perforated 12 and likely a counterfeit with noticeable differences in the printing details (not counted). Lovely full SON "C&Co WH" double-circle cancel on the 2c with nearly full OG on the 5c.
