A modern (and possibly more permanent) collection of "first issues" from a range of Republics created when the Soviet Union dissolved in 1991. All VF mint NH (mostly) or VF CTO (a few), the collection includes 1991-1993 issue singles, sets and souvenir sheets from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
