The lot includes two mourning (black bordered) covers dated 1884 sent from Victoria BC to Lindley Crease (wife of Sir Henry Perling Pellew Crease) at Haileybury College in England, two folded covers 1876 / 1879 from London UK to the firm Findlay Durham and Brodie in Victoria BC, an 1887 covers from Scotland to Mrs. J.D. Helmcken in Victoria and an 1891 cover (UK) / 1898 lettercard (Esquimalt) addressed to RT Williams (publisher of the early BC Directory). An interesting and historically significant batch.
