Complete mint Lightly Hinged (perhaps some NH) set of the 1893-1900 "Coat of Arms" / "King Leopold" issue. Most stamps are Very Lightly Hinged, with a few likely Never Hinged (but with a couple natural gum bends, so conservatively valued as Hinged).
