Rare VF mint Never Hinged left margin pair of the 48c Lunar New Year of the Ram 2003 issue with the gold Chinese inscriptions omitted ERROR on BOTH stamp (and the selvedge), from the center row of the pane of 25 with UPC barcode on tab. From one of the few sheets discovered with gold printing missing in the left selvedge and the BOTH first and second column of stamps.
