Over two dozen mint and used "Compound perforation" varieties of the Scenery and Franz Josef issue of 1906. At some point in the printing process, individual line perforators were swapped out, and replaced with a perforator of a different gauge. This applied to both horizontal and vertical perforations, leading to stamps with 2, 3 or 4 different perforations on different sides. These variations are listed in Michel and Scott Classic, and completion is very difficult, especially if you are looking to build all the different perf configurations. This page includes better such as #44d, 44f, 45d, 45e, 45f. A couple of the stamps have owner’s marks on the back. One 5kr Franz Josef is thinned and not counted, otherwise the condition is excellent (expecting a couple of shorter perfs from the stamps with perf 6-1/2. Total 2021 Scott Classic US$1307.75 =
