Mint Plate Block / Inscription Block hoard of 1775 blocks from 1939 to 1976 period, all neatly arranged within glassines within a shoebox. Some moderate duplication, but also including plenty of matched sets (all four corners). While a couple of the earliest are Lightly Hinged, the rest seem to all be in pristine Never Hinged material. A wonderful opportunity for the collector to knock off many of the 1960's / 1970's issued blocks, with extras to add as colourful frankings on your philatelically inspired mailings.
