The pages might be titled "New Zealand" but this is an all-mint Niue offering covering 1967-1988. All never hinged in black mounts on Lighthouse pages in an attractive black springback binder (no slipcase). The stamps of Niue suffered from speculation in the early 1980’s, which led to over-production and a drop in demand. However, British Commonwealth collectors are realizing how relatively little of the later material is around, which is coupled for demand from topical collectors (and we noted: flowers, sports, birds, whales, royalty, etc). The condition is excellent, with many souvenir sheets and most of the back of the book issues from this period. If there is a downside, it is that the stamps were not mounted in chronological order, making a full determination of completeness a bit difficult. Binder alone retails about $75.00.
