Looks can be deceiving. This older Schaubek springback album has pages covering to 1990, and at first look the stamps have no tabs. However, when the collector (nicely) added clear mounts, they tucked the tabs in behind the never hinged stamps. The collection is very complete for this era including commemoratives, definitives and a couple of dozen souvenir sheets (but no booklet panes). Over 700 different stamps here and these Schaubek albums are very pricey to replace. Estimate =
