Both phases of this Baltic state are found in this neatly organized dealer’s stock, with the inter-war period being thoroughly covered with used (and some mint) issues, including a good run of "back of the book" (but no souvenir sheets) and individual catalogue values to $35.00. The post-Soviet period (that we don’t often see) is represented from 1991 to early 2000’s with a good mix of mint and used issues, and then it gets spotty to about 2018. All identified and priced by Scott and with duplication of up to 15 of a stamp. A total of 29 manila stockpages, with about 2000 stamps. Lots of value and variety here. Estimate =
