A primarily 21st century first day cover collection. About 225 different, cacheted and addressed, issued between 2002-2010, plus about 75 earlier to the mid-1960’s (some cacheted, some not). Mostly commemorative issues, with a few souvenir sheets. Seems to be fairly complete. All housed in three modern Lighthouse "100 FDC" cover albums, two blue, one burgundy, and one older green Lighthouse #10 cover album (these albums alone retail over $150.00). Substantial face value here, with an original Post Office cost exceeding $1000.00, plus the albums. The overall condition is excellent. We don’t often see large holdings of such recent material.
