Very interesting 1999 Canada Millennium "Art" collection of 68 covers by local Vancouver Island artist Trisha Klus. This isn't your average collection of covers, each stamp in use was cut down from the hardbound book that was issued on September 15, 1999, with some stamps cancelled on the same day, with the majority of postmarks ranging from October to December 1999. Some of the covers received hand drawn cachets and others with mixed-media art or calligraphy, which relate to the stamp design, with most receiving British Columbia postmarks. There were only a few of these Art Cover collections ever made. A must for Millennium collectors in particular, and something that would be missing for almost every Canada collector in general.
