A mint and used stock of mostly 20th century material that got nicely organized and then never got a chance to be retailed. How long has it sat? The cataloguing is from the 2004 Scott, and we noticed price increases amongst the better material such as mint copies of #124 (formerly $45.00 now $115.00), #600 (formerly $14.50 now $60.00), RA29 (formerly $35.00 now $60.00). Plus, there are many more price increases out there amongst the 2000 stamps on 35 manila stockpages. Each stamp has been identified by Scott, with not much after 1990, but with lots of goodies in the back of the book section. Some light to moderate duplication. Collection or stock builder? Yes!
