Lovely collection of mint and used Iraq, 1918-1973, containing roughly 950 different stamps all on hingeless pages, housed in a binder. This well-organized collection, with each stamp identified on album pages, ranges from Scott #1/679, and includes a good selection of officials, and Mesopotamia, along with a few souvenir sheets, postal tax, revenues, and airmail issues. The collection also attempts to specialize by including varieties including various perforations, re-entries, and unissued stamps. A spot check revealed a number of useful items including Scott #s 25 (mh, $150), N41 (mh, $100), O1-O12 (used, $128 total), O13-O24 mint and used set (#16, 18-22, all mh, $190 total for set), O51-O52 (mh, $115), along with a few singles, sets, and souvenir sheets cataloguing $15 to $40 and up. A very nice lot for collectors and dealers alike, with online photos showing a sampling. Estimate =
