Used hoard Part 3: 1989-1997, two shoeboxes, with more clean material that has been neatly sorted into glassine envelopes, each identified by its Scott number. A very complete run (no souvenir sheets) with up to about 500 stamps of each issue, and almost all are postal usages (the exception being a dozen cancelled to order booklets of #695c). Sets and singles with catalogue values up to $6.00 - (e.g. #755 and #817 with about 100 copies, each). As postal usage and print quantities started to drop in the 1990s, and as more stamps were being issued, it became harder to get used examples, and most stamps of this period catalogue $1-$2 each, and there are thousands of stamps here.
