A dozen manilla stock pages houses an accumulation of this former French African colony. It starts with King George V "Keyplate" overprints, includes local designs such as #193-209, #270-295 and back of the book #J1-J8 (three sets) and #J20-J21, plus French Colonial common design issues (e.g. Paris Exposition). There is also some modern, post-independence issues when topical collectors were courted with issues such as Disney, Lincoln, etc, but the strength is in the pre-1960 era. Both mint and used (with some cancel potential) up to 10 of a type, all identified and priced by 2012 Scott. The condition is very nice! Estimate =
