A quarter-century-mounted collection combining organization and chaos. Regular issue and semi-postals from 1970-1984 all on quadrilled pages. The collection is primarily used, a fairly compete run, but with many of the stamps (and duplicates), just tucked into page protectors. About 1972 mint stamps start to appear, often mounted on the opposite page - all appear to be in mounts, but this is hit or miss right to the end. There are some souvenir sheets and even a few first day covers. Many of the page protectors show signs of aging, but the album pages and stamps are fresh. Lots of $2-$5 sets and souvenir sheets here, and the total catalogue value will add up quickly. This could be rewarding for the person willing to finish the job that this collector has started.
