In October 1966, with a change in currency from "Rupees" to "Riyals" some of the remaining postal stocks from 1961 were overprinted, which made for some scarce issues. These are the four high values of the "Oil Derrick" issue, each nicely cancelled. About as nice as you are going to find, with the 10r value having a minor internal paper wrinkle that might easily press out and mentioned "for the record".
