The first postage due issues for Tunisia were regular issue stamps that had a "T" perfin. Listed in Scott Specialized, these issues make for a fascinating area of specialization. The panes were folded in half before being put through the perforating machine, leading to equal numbers of regular and inverted perfins (plus tete-beche pairs). This lot has a good representation of both positions. #JA4-7, JA11-15, JA17-18 all have no gum and are counted as used. The rest have full original gum. The #J21a (75c denomination) has a torn upper corner and its $175.00 catalogue value is not counted in the catalogue value. 2021 Scott Specialized US$324.00 =
