Neatly mounted on one of renowned postal historian Gerald Wellburn’s "working pages" done in pencil Wellburn’s handwriting. Wellburn writes that his father (born in 1871) recalled the Bell family in Scarborough. An interesting item, with wonderful hand-written contents from a high-calibre collection. Estimate =
