Enticing and clean dealer’s stock on 17 manila stockpages with about 1300, mostly used, stamps going back to the 1880’s (a few of the early are reprints/forgeries). Neatly organized and identified by Scott number and an (older) catalogue value with up to about 10 of a type. Includes better such as #165, 239 and 2 copies each of #167, 219, 222, 240, with a number of "Omnibus" issues right up to the end of the Colonial period. As well as lots of value, there is clearly some cancel interest here too. Lovely British America colony material, not often seen in this quantity. Estimate = $150.00

Bermuda #1/26. Collector’s duplicate stock of about 225 mint and used Queen Victoria stamps, sorted by Stanley Gibbons numbers. Includes different watermarks and printings, and a couple of multiples. Up to about 20 of a type with individual items cataloguing up to $70.00 each, not including the mint #2 (cataloguing $525.00 which has a significant thin). There might be some better cancels lurking amongst the used. The only downside to this lot is that a number of the items are not properly identified (usually for having the wrong watermark). Consequently, we are estimating the lot based on each stamp having its lowest catalogue value (which will still come out to over a couple thousand dollars). Expect a bit of mixed condition. Bermuda #26/332. A trio of stockbooks with a mint and used dealer’s stock with issues from 1901 to 1975, with up to 50 of a type and individual items cataloguing up to $50.00 each. The first is a small pocketbook with 5+ pages of the "Dry Dock" and "Caravel" issue. The second is a 16-page with a nice assortment of King George V issues (including a used 1935 Silver Jubilee set), a nice range of King George VI issues. The Elizabethan is weaker with mostly common design issues of the 1960s. The last stockbook is another 16-page stockbook, which is more QEII, but quite sparse, perfect to spread out some of the other material. The most notable of the lot is the King George V era, so perfect for the classic collector, specialist or dealer. The catalogue value will add up quickly here. Estimate =

Bermuda #49/52. Balance of a holding of mint King George V "Key Plates" which we have been breaking up. A quick glance will indicate that there might be different printings found in Stanley Gibbons. There are five copies of the 2/-, four each of the 2/6 and 4/- values, plus a single of the 5/-. Fresh and attractive, with a couple of the items having selvage (one with a plate number). Hinging ranges from very light to minor hinge remnant. All catalogued by basic Scott, so plenty of upside for specialist. 2024 Scott US$637.50 =

*On our great bidboard page you will notice that we have included a declining clock that displays the time remaining in the sale, subject to the addition of overtime. There is an automatic 3 minute bidding extension if a bid is submitted on any lot within the last 3 minutes on the bidding clock. These time extensions will continue to occur until there is a 3 minute period during which no bidding takes place. We expect overtime with this type of bidding will last two to three hours in extra bidding time. This extra time will allow you to make sure you get the lots you really want to get right away.
