Canada #371, 372 Designer Signed Presentation Card. VF mint singles of the 1957 UPU Congress 5c and 15c commemoratives, neatly mounted on presentation card, autographed by Carl Mangold, the stamp designer. Designer/artist signed stamps were not the norm back in the day which makes these sheets particularly scarce. Inscribed (in part) "to my good friend Billy".
