Australia -
First Day Covers. Bundle of over 200 cachet first day covers from 1946-1987, about 40% with private cachets. The early FDC are from an assortment of cachet makers, including some very nice cachets , transitioning to the 1980's which are mostly Fleetwood cachets and the balance are Australia Post cachets. The early FDCs and a few from the 1980's are addressed, but most are unaddressed. Overall condition is quite good, with only a few duplicates noted. Based on the penciled pricing on a few covers, these haven’t seen the light of day in over 30 years. Substantial catalogue value in Seven Seas. Estimate =

On our bidboard page you will notice that we have included a declining clock that displays the time remaining in the sale, subject to the addition of overtime. There is an automatic 3 minute bidding extension if a bid is submitted on any lot within the last 3 minutes on the bidding clock. These time extensions will continue to occur until there is a 3 minute period during which no bidding takes place.
