A deluxe hard-bound edition small format book, in dark red with Coat of Arms embossed on cover, with 11 different sets ranging from the 1973 RCMP issue, up to Christmas 1974. Title page reads (bilingually) "Presented with the compliments of the Canada Post Office" and hand-signed by "Murray E Featherstone, Manager Retail Division = Western Postal Region".
