Two pages of the 1974 issued UPU Centenary (Universal Postal Union) 8c value with various "ink blob" varieties from over-inking during the printing process. Includes two strips of five (2 singles on each with "blob"), a block (with central "blob"), a single (with large "blob") and then a series of three stamps showing the "Winged Horses" variety (one with small "blob"). All VF mint Never Hinged. We felt this group held it own well, see subsequent lot for the rest of the holding. Estimate =
