Specialized holding, partially on exhibit pages in a small binder of the 1974 UPU Centenary (Universal Postal Union) 8c / 15c values. A lovely holding of mint never hinged, including singles, plate blocks, florescence, "Red Streak" variety, "Ghost Print" and then a wild-ride of small varieties ("fly specks") all identified and illustrated. The back end of the binder contains a couple sheets, plus various singles and multiples "in process" or "working stock". A very interesting assembly. Estimate =
