Canada Covers -
Collection / accumulation of roughly 300 first day covers all with a Saskatoon connection, filling a shoe box. The covers range from 1937 to 1959 (Unitrade #237/387), almost all having St. Paul's Cathedral, Saskatoon, Sask., corner card advertising or addressed to the same address. Additionally, it appears almost all the covers have Saskatoon postmarks including flag, cds, or duplex types. A most interesting first day cover collection (includes a few having private cachets), with single and block frankings, with duplication up to 5 or more for some issues. Ideal for the first day cover collector or Saskatchewan collector, a few small faults, overall fine to very fine. Estimate =

On our bidboard page you will notice that we have included a declining clock that displays the time remaining in the sale, subject to the addition of overtime. There is an automatic 3 minute bidding extension if a bid is submitted on any lot within the last 3 minutes on the bidding clock. These time extensions will continue to occur until there is a 3 minute period during which no bidding takes place. We expect overtime with this type of bidding will last between one to two hours in extra bidding time. This extra time will allow you to make sure you get the lots you really want.
