Nice starter collection of mint and used Peru, 1862-1983, containing 880 stamps, neatly organized in or on Minkus album pages. The collection generally ranges from Scott #12/787, containing primarily used singles, sets, and partial sets, with a spot check indicating most mint material post 1900. A spot check indicated some material cataloguing $5 to $10 and up, including #12-13 (used, $42 total). A nice starter lot from this interesting area of philately, and should be continued until completion, overall fine to very fine. Estimate =
