Nicely constructed collection of classic mint and used Brazil, 1843-1977, containing just over 1,500 stamps, all in hingeless mounts in a lovely Scott Specialty album with slipcase. The lot generally ranges from Scott #2/1503, containing singles, sets, partial sets, and some souvenir sheets, beginning with classic used issues many cataloguing $10 and up with #s 2 (possible reprint), 7-9, 21, 23-28 (c.v. $268 total), 37-38, 53-59, 68-78, 79-81 ($211.50), 82-91, 96-98, 99-108, just to name a few, with the majority of post 1900 stamps in mint condition. Owner's Scott catalogue value for the collection totals $4,962.90, making this a wonderful lot for all collectors, and should be continued, especially considering the quality album which would retail a few hundred dollars alone.
