Collection of mint and used Canada, 1888-1983, containing many hundreds of stamps neatly arranged in a hingeless Minkus album. The collection generally ranges from Scott #41/976, containing singles, sets, partial sets, and a selection of back of the book issues, including mint Jubilees 50-54, 57-59 (51-53 mh, 50, 54, 57-59 appearing nh probable regumming, counted as mint hinged), along with partial mint hinged partial sets of Leafs, Numerals, and full sets of War and Peace issues. The lot includes several stamps cataloguing $10 to $30 and up each, with a Scott catalogue value for the collection totaling $3,264.50 (counting up to the Peace issue only). We note many of the classic mint issues appear to have some regumming (up to the 1940s), all have been catalogued as mint hinged, still a useful lot to fill in some gaps to a current collection, or a nice starter collection that should be continued until completion.
