Well centered and fresh mint OG HR horizontal pair of the 1889 issue distinctive blue green shade of the 2c Small Queen. Noted (under magnification) is a horizontal "hairline" running through the tops of the designs of both stamps. Also of note, on the right hand stamp, is a faint but clear jagged vertical line behind the Queen's neck caused by a pre-printing paper wrinkle.
