France #957/1931 plus Back of the Book.
An old school 5-post album with linen hinged manilla stockpages with a two-part used holding. The first is a commemorative strong wholesale group of regular issues from 1960-1984, with quantities up to 50 of a type, with strength in the "Art", Europa sets, etc. This section seems to have been completely intact as assembled and there are thousands of stamps here (It was catalogued years ago at about $1400.00 when Scott catalogue values were still in pennies). The second part includes semi-postals, airmails, postage dues and military franchise issues from the 19th century onwards. This section appears to have been picked, but there is still lots of stamps with catalogue values up to $10.00 each. Estimate =
